Shipping & Delivery

We usually process and ship your order within 3 business days. You will be promptly notified in case of unexpected delays. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time.

All orders are shipped by VINTAGE CHOCOLATES. Shipping method is UPS Ground in winter to reduce shipping cost to you and transit time will vary between 2 - 5 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time on Fridays will not be processed until our next business day.

Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We do not ship overseas.

We reserve the right to change the UPS shipping method from 'UPS Ground' to 'UPS Air', if we consider the weather TOO HOT for chocolates to be shipped UPS Ground.

We are not responsible for damages caused by UPS or any other shipping service.

Chocolate in the Summer: Requirements

During the warmer summer months, our products are shipped in reusable Styrofoam boxes with gel ice packs to keep them cold during transit. We recommend that you place the chocolate in an air-conditioned room upon arrival. Do not place in the refrigerator to cool them, as chocolate must be cooled slowly to prevent thermal shock. Although we give UPS "Driver Release" instructions, we strongly recommend that you either use a business address for delivery of fresh products or make sure that someone is home when UPS brings your order.
