Once I tasted this chocolate, I was in love. I buy stacks of these at a time and keep them in my desk at work, having a little taste or two in the afternoons, when I need a little dessert. I love this chocolate so much, I shared it with coworkers and friends. Everyone who tried it loved it, too!

I've tasted all the percentages that Vintage Plantations has to offer and, in my opinion, 65% is the perfect amount of bitterness and sweetness. I also love the cocoa nibs. The fact that Vintage Plantations uses only pure, chemical-free ingredients is a definite plus as well. (Posted on 9/28/09)
