Bean to Bar Chocolate

vintage plantations complete the circle!!

We LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND!!!. once you eat our chocolate bars, the inner wrapper will disappear as it is made of wood cellulose, the packaging is made with paper , the label is made of paper and ink as well. . . After seeing a young baby seagulls ingesting plastic bag right in front of my eyes, It spurred us into doing more. We already source organic cocoa beans, from farmers, now our production circle is complete, since the bars will leave no traces behind.

Cup of Hot Cocoa Anyone?

The ancient Mayan civilizations knew of its aphrodisiac properties and Casanova preferred it to champagne. For cocoa contains an amphetamine-like substance which heightens sexual desire and helps reduce tiredness.

And the best way to reap the by drinking it!

Our drinking chocolate is real chocolate, ground with organic whole milk powder to give it a rich and long lasting chocolate flavor.  Just add water!

Our New Mendiant!

A mendiant is a traditional French confection composed of a chocolate disk studded with nuts and dried fruits representing the four mendicant or monastic orders. Each of the ingredients used refer to the color of monastic robes. Now available in our shop - 10 discs in each bag for just $9.95. Our Valentine heart mendiant are available until February 14th.  Handmade with our 65% Dark Chocolate.
